About Stirling Construction Group

Dawne Stirling - President
Dawne, originally from Scotland, moved to Calgary in 84 and works in insurance, real estate investment and development. Over the years she has worked with companies in several roles that have included: design, preparing drawings, project presentations, contract administration and construction supervision. She contributes top level organizational and team management skills to coordinate the work ensuring project completion in time and on budget.

Patrick Rye - Vice President
Patrick has over 25 years of residential and commercial construction knowledge working throughout Canada and over the past years here in Calgary. As Vice President of the company he develops strengths that include the ability to successfully coordinate difficult projects and achieve their completion in time and on budget. His main role within SCG is analyzing and responding to tenders, negotiating contracts, supervising construction, administering contracts, coordinating job sites and conducting project reviews and inspections with clients.

Kelly Lunn - Project Co-coordinator
Kelly has worked within the residential construction field for a number of years and comes to us with a background in stage and construction management. She brings a unique combination of skills and experience to many challenges that are imposed on today's residential builder. Kelly's philosophy is that your home should reflect the character and style of you and your family. To achieve this requires an empathy and understanding, a sense of balance and proportion coupled with effective and imaginative space planning. She believes that women bring a fresh and creative edge to the construction industry and Kelly is dedicated to supporting women in this industry and has commitment to bring forth a new perspective on the value of having women in trades.

Stirling Insurance Group Ltd (SIG) is another one of our services that enable us to offer superior project management to our clients through leading edge practices. SIG is the Risk Management arm of Stirling Construction developed to protect our projects for the benefit of Stirling, our clients, and our subcontractors. It has the breadth and expertise to handle all matters related to insurance coverage, claims, safety and loss control, thus giving SCG greater control in managing projects. SIG supports the business units within Stirling Construction with all forms of risk management including contract review, proper insurance coverage, financial risk management, project safety, and claims handling.
